CBD ( Cannabidiol ) and CANNABIS for cancer especially inoperable cancer(s),  where metastasis is expected, and malignant tumours;  stress and anxiety;  chronic pain and arthritis;  neurological ( Alzheimer's) and spinal degeneration;  seizures;  Inflammatory Bowel Syndrome - IBS;  constipation; diabetes etc.  Although we do not prescribe cannabis,  cannabis is readily available to pet owners through Cannabis New Brunswick and other means.  We do consultations with respect to use, product components, and dosage regimes.

 

CBD has many therapeutic components and benefits including Anti-Stress/Anti-Anxiety, Anti-Inflammatory, Analgesic, Immunoregulatory, anti- proliferative/anti-cancer, anti-bacterial, etc. which benefit therapy and healing for many diseases.  Dr. Herbert Benson, Harvard University Medical School, head of the Mind-Body section of Massachusetts General Hospital, and author of "The Relaxation Response" stated that 60 - 90 % of hospital admissions had an underlying stress component.  How we handle "Stress" in animals to prevent & treat medical conditions is an important discussion.
